01 - Choose
Select the shutter style and approved options for each window. The configurator is designed to keep the choices clear and prevent combinations that cannot be manufactured or checked reliably.
02 - Measure
Follow the relevant measuring guide and enter your dimensions in millimetres. Add your room name and window reference so every item is easy to identify.
03 - Upload
Upload clear photographs of each opening. The photographs form part of the technical review and help our team understand the opening alongside the measurements.
04 - Price
The configurator calculates an itemised price for each window. Consumer prices are shown including VAT, with delivery and applicable charges clearly displayed before payment.
05 - Pay
Pay securely online. Your order is recorded as 'Order received and awaiting technical check'. Payment does not send the order straight into manufacture.
06 - Technical Check
A shutter expert reviews the dimensions, photographs, panel layout, frame choice, midrails and other manufacturing requirements.
We may approve the order, request more information or propose a change.
07 - Approve
If we propose a change that affects the specification or price, you will be able to review and approve the final order before manufacture starts. The accepted specification becomes the production record.
08 - Manufacture & Delivery
Once technically approved, your shutters move into manufacture. The brief currently proposes an around-14-day turnaround after technical approval, subject to the confirmed operational promise and delivery terms.
You'll receive updates as your order progresses, including carrier tracking when available.
08 - Fit & Review
Your shutters arrive with fitting support. Follow the written instructions and videos, contact support if you need help, and share a review after you've had time to enjoy your shutters.
