Before you start
Check the delivery against your order before beginning installation. Confirm that the delivery is complete, the specification matches your order, and there is no visible damage.
If you find a problem, contact us before fitting so we can help resolve it.
The fitting process
Your final fitting guide should take you through the complete installation in clear stages, supported by short videos and diagrams.
The guide should cover preparation, identifying components, frame installation, panel fitting, alignment, hardware, final checks and care.
Support when you need it
Sometimes an opening needs a little more attention during installation. If you have a question, contact our support team and have your order reference and photographs ready.
Do not force a component or alter a shutter if you are unsure. Ask us first.
After fitting
Once your shutters are installed, check that the panels open and close smoothly, the louvres operate correctly and the finish is clean.
